Meeting in the Plague House in Leiden

Pesthuis NaturalisAn unusual location for a meeting or get-together is the 17th century Plague House in Leiden. This striking building is part of the Naturalis natural history museum.

The building was originally built as a plague house, but by the time it was finished the plague had subsided. Since then it has been used as a military hospital, a prison, a national home for psychopaths and an Army Museum, and it is currently used for receptions at the Naturalis museum.

The hall is fully equipped with all modern facilities and allows you to combine a meeting with a visit to the interactive Naturalis museum to learn more about the secrets of nature.
